Lance lives in Ocean Park, South Surrey with his wife, 2 daughters and son. The family enjoys swimming and tennis at CBSC, coaching and playing baseball with the WRSSBA, soccer at Coastal, gymnastics at WRGAS, and dancing at Essence of Dance.

Born and raised in Penticton, BC, Lance entered the real estate industry in Vancouver in 2006. His career has taken him to the position of Managing Broker for Western Canada’s largest real estate marketing firm, but his passion lies with the daily interaction he has with his clients and building meaningful friendships which eventually brought him to Engel&Völkers.
